Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled any time before shipment. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns for only defective products.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in new condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return Window: Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Method & Fees
- Return Method: Returns must be sent by mail.
- Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returned items.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
